Proudness
Riley received another academic achievement award at school today. In her teachers speech about why she was receiving the award she said, Riley writes with bold beginnings, uses juicy words, similes and onomatopoeias in her writing. Hopefully Riley can teach me about onomatopoeias too.
Let it snow!!!
In my brothers words "we got puked on".
Last Friday it snowed, and snowed, and snowed, and snowed. After shovelling for 2.5 hours in the morning so we could get to work and another 2 hours after work, we had a regular tobogganning hill in our front yard.
What would tobogganing be without hot chocolate breaks?
100 Years Old
To celebrate the 100th day of school, my class along with the other grade one classes, had a dress like you are 100 years old day.

Superbowl Makes Us Sick
One thing that most know about me is that life is a party. I love to host parties and pretty much make any excuse possible to have a party. The Superbowl is a pretty good reason, even though we don't watch football in this house. A party is party.
Keeping with the Superbowl Sunday tradition in our family, one person goes down with sickness. This year it was Cooper's turn.
Here we are 4 days later, Coop is still down and out. Poor little pumpkin.
