Sweet Riley

The morning of Friday, December 14th was possibly the worst morning of our lives. Riley woke from her sleep complaining of feeling very, very tired. As she was expressing her tiredness to us she had a seizure. 911 was called and Riley was quickly well taken care of.

The seizure set off a whole host of medical issues and medical tests. We logged many, many hours in the hospital over the next three days.

After leaving the hospital we logged many, many hours of sleeping, laying around and not eating.

Here we are 11 days post seizure and she is still not feeling well. Not eating, laying around doing nothing. Yesterday, things seemed to pick up for her, she ate a little, she played with her friends. Today she is back to not eating and loafing around. We just want our Riley back, and soon.
