House - Not What it Seems

We went to check on the house, thankfully. THE ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR WAS FRAMED WRONG. COMPLETELY WRONG. We are happy we caught the mistake early. They are taking it down and rebuilding. April close date? Cross your fingers....and toes.
