Pumpkin Carving
To carve our pumpkins this year I gave the kids full control of their design. If you know me well, you know how hard that was for me. I gave them each a Sharpie with only one instruction, to draw lines where they want cut.
They were so happy with their finished products that they wouldn't put the pumpkins on our porch, they slept with them.
Pleased as punch, or should I say pleased as a pumpkin.
Halloween Night 2012
It was a very rainy Halloween Night. But, no amount of rain could keep us from our annual mice and ghost dinner with friends and trick or treating.
Being the classy people we are, I cut holes in three large clear garbage bags so the kids could stay dry and have their costumes be seen. It worked incredibly well, I wish I had made one for myself too.
Because of the cold and rain I only took a few photos with my phone.

Happy Halloween!
The Halloween tradition of eating ghosts and mice with the Sadlon family continues
topped off by fantastic Halloween cupcakes made by the Sadlon family
All ready to go. 2 Princesses, a pirate and a monkey.
Coop catches on quick to this trick or treat thing. He went to the door and said "trick or treat thank you welcome."
The other three kids were hard to catch on camera as they ran, full speed, from house to house.
Let the sugar rush begin!
