We had a great birthday day with Riley....she felt the need to tell everyone she saw that day "Guess what, I'm three." The day got off to a perfect start....SNOW DAY...which means we were able to spend more time with Jason. Riley, Simon and I headed off in the morning for our last Yoga session.
After yoga we braved the elements and went to Jason's school for a little visit. All four of us headed out to East Side Mario's for lunch. Riley enjoyed a HUGE glass of 'princess punch' and a great birthday song from the staff. After a long nap we headed out to Grandma and Grandpa's house for birthday dinner and a money cake. There were birthday presents for Riley and even Simon managed to score a couple gifts. One of the gifts was from Aunt Jocelyn, Uncle Corbett and Ainsley, it is a Dora dress up outfit with dancing DVD it is so funny to watch her in action. It was an action packed day.
Today I am registering the kids for their spring activites, Riley has told us that she does not want to do gymnastics again she wants to dance....that's my girl:) Both kids will be in swimming lessons and in a playgroup. Riley will dance and we are on the search for another activity for Simon....all this on one car....should be interesting.
