10 Months Old
Cooper turned 10 months old on the 19th of November. It always amazes us how quickly time goes and the rapid growth we see in the kids. Not a day goes by that Cooper isn't doing something new. His new tricks for the month are animal noises galore, standing on his own, getting himself to standing without holding on to anything, walking with the walker, saying dada, refusing to eat anything off of a spoon and he has even taken steps on his own.
He NEVER stays still so I took the opportunity to get some photos of him while he slept....another thing he also never does. He still is up every 2 hours or so through the night. Waking at the same times every night, 11:00, 1:00, 4:00, 6:00 and then up at 7:00. I am thankful for that cup of coffee first thing in the morning let me tell you.
Here is waking with the walker. Hmmmmm...the mess in the background, thank you laundry room reno. I also can't explain the skeleton on my couch.
Our little monkey boy.

Riley the fish
Thursday was Riley's last night in swimming for this session. It is unbelievable how much she has improved over the past couple of months. She is swimming on her own. She has no fear. She swims underwater. She jumps into the pool and swims to the edge. The best thing, she thinks she is a fantastic swimmer, her confidence is huge. We are so proud of her.
Can't forget Si guy.

Happy Birthday To Me!
Tuesday was my birthday. After a full day with the kids getting their hair cuts, buying new winter boots, taking Riley to dance class we had a nice dinner. Jason's parents came over to celebrate with us. I was completely spoiled...a night out with Jason on a night of our choice, an outstanding necklace, magazines, chocolate, beautiful drawings from the kids, new Uggs and a Lululemon gift certificate. Jason and the kids also are spoiling me with the family ring I have been hoping for. The ring is called a fusion ring, each birthstone is on its own separate ring. I will start with the three kids rings and after another special occasion or two finish it off with our birthstones.
After all of this my celebrations are not over. I have a night out this Wednesday with two of my friends....dinner, drinks and a psychic. YIPPEE!!!!
Thank you everyone for a great birthday.

My one.....errrrrr....two princesses?
Simon, my boy, my crash em, smash em, sporto of a boy is now interested in night gowns. He and Riley happily put on a princess night gown each night before going to bed.
He even applies his make up.
I had to keep snapping photos because Jason kept asking him to say " Timewrap" and "Transylvania". Oh, the laughs we have in this house.

Operation Laundry Room Reno
We started the renovation on our laundry room this weekend.
The before photos.
The reno crew. Don't ask why our children are dressed the way they are, we can't explain it, nobody can.
This is all I wanted to do, put a hammer through the wall. I sure could have worked a lot out of my head if Jason would have let me continue.
I will continue to update progress, although I'm sure this will be the never ending reno with everything else we have on our plates. Wish us luck.
