We had a very early start to our B.C. Adventure. 4:00am and we are on the highway. Cooper is still snuggled in his jammies and is ready to go.
The flight was great. Cooper was great. I had hopes that he would sleep a lot but he only gave me 20 minutes. He was an amazing flight partner and the hit of the plane. We flew in with some members of the Canadian Olympic Curling Team.
My Aunt Nikki and Uncle Glenn met us at the airport. The first stop a quick airport lunch and exploration of the Jade statue and Olympic mascots.
Next on the agenda was my rental car.
We were all set and ready to go. We headed straight to the Olympic train.
We rode the train to Grandville and checked out the market. What a great place! One of my favourite things to do is wonder around markets checking out the goods, consuming enormous amounts of fresh fruit and of course drinking a latte.
We headed out to the pier to enjoy our Lattes and chase the birds. Cooper loved this part. He was so excited and had no fear at all.
Cooper was exhausted by the end of our day one adventures so we headed back to Aunt Nikkis and Uncle Glenns for a nap, dinner and early to bed.
